Illegal mobilization into the russian army continues in the temporarily occupied Crimea

There are currently 15 recruiting campaigns launched by the Russian Federation.  The mobilized, who are mostly Ukrainian citizens, will be forced to take part in the war against Ukraine.

Forced mobilization is prohibited by international humanitarian law, Article 51 IV of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's military invasion of Ukraine to take into account this fact of Russia's human rights violations in Ukraine.
