Rashist forces of aggression continue to wage a cynical war against the civilian population of Ukraine

Yesterday in the Dnipropetrovsk region the armed forces of the racists carried out a jet artillery shelling of the settlements of Zaporizhzhya and Volodymyrivka of the Kryvyi Rih district with a system of volley fire "Tornado-C" with prohibited cluster munitions.

The occupiers also fired rockets at the village of Voznesenske, Synelnykivskyi district, Dnipropetrovsk region.

The occupiers fired on the Slobidsky district of Kharkiv.  There are dead and injured civilians - 7 were killed and 34 were injured, including 3 children.

In Balaklia, where the hospital was destroyed the day before, doctors tried to leave on their own and evacuate people.  By agreement, a column was sent, which was not launched into the city.  It was shelled on the approaches of the russian occupiers at the checkpoint.  There are victims, the driver of one of the buses died.

The occupiers once again cynically fired on the residential sector of Dergachi.  At least three people were killed and seven were injured.

As a result of attacks of Nikolaev and Ochakov 14 civilians were taken to hospital, 11 were hospitalized, including the teenager of 15 years, one person was lost.  There are dead and wounded in Ochakovo.

This morning the enemy fired on several settlements on the border of Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson regions.  Several missile strikes were inflicted on Nikolaev - residential areas.  Data on victims are being clarified.

On April 3, the Russians wounded 5 more residents of Donetsk region: 2 in Avdiivka, 2 in Georgiivka and 1 in Maryinka.

Kherson region: explosions and shelling - on the territory of the whole region, especially on the borders of Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolayiv regions.  There is no electricity or water in the villages, no medicine at all, and shops closed since the beginning of the war.  The situation is critical.  Over the past 24hrs, 67 settlements in the Kherson region have been left without electricity and water supply.

The shelling of peaceful cities and civilian objects by the aggressor's army is a war crime and a crime against humanity and a gross violation of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and its Additional Protocols.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine and the expert mission set up by the OSCE participating States under the Moscow Mechanism to take into account these war crimes and crimes against humanity and human rights in Ukraine.
