Every hour the enemy increases the number of war crimes committed in Ukraine. Every crime brings the leadership of the Russian Federation closer to the dock

In the Kyiv region, the occupiers killed a Ukrainian photojournalist, Maksym Levin, who covered events related to the military aggression of the Russian Federation in the Kyiv region.  He has collaborated with Reuters, BBC, TRT World, Associated Press, Hromadske.

The journalist's body was found in the village of Huta Mezhyhirska, Vyshhorod district.  According to preliminary information, unarmed Maxim Levin was killed by militants of the russian armed forces with two shots from small arms.

In the Kharkiv region, missile strikes in the Pavlograd district: one person was injured.  The rocket hit the railway in Pavlograd district.  Tracks and catenaries are badly damaged.  The trains exploded.  The movement of trains has been stopped, no one has been killed.

The russian occupiers hit the Balaklia district hospital.  The building is partially damaged.  Patients and staff need immediate evacuation, about 70 patients and medical staff.

Rashist missiles hit the Gorky Central Park of Culture and Recreation in Kharkiv, injuring a 57-year-old gardener.

The enemy fired a missile at the city of Myrhorod in Poltava region, damaged infrastructure.

The shelling of peaceful cities and civilian objects by the aggressor's army is a war crime and a crime against humanity and a gross violation of the 1949 Geneva Convention and its Additional Protocols.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine and the expert mission set up by the OSCE participating States under the Moscow Mechanism to take into account these Russian war crimes and crimes against humanity and human rights violations in Ukraine.
