In Slobozhanskyi village Kharkiv region, a 5-year-old girl was injured when a shell hit a residential building, and her entire family - four people were killed.

I call on the international community to take decisive action to deter the aggression of the Russian Federation and to compel the aggressor country to comply with the rulings of the European Court of Rights on the immediate cessation of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.
