Enemy shelling over Ukraine and the bombing of peaceful settlements continues

The shelling of Kharkiv has intensified in the last two days, and the occupiers have fired about 50 shots from artillery, mortars, tanks and rocket-propelled grenades at houses, streets and civilian objects in the region.

The occupiers covered the town of Dergachi with fire, causing significant damage to civilian infrastructure and housing estates.  The Center for Primary Health Care was destroyed, the buildings of the central hospital and the industrial enterprise were badly damaged.  In addition, private houses in various parts of the city were partially destroyed and severely damaged.

The service pickup of the brigade of power engineers of Dergachiv Regional Electric Network, which was going to eliminate accidental damage to the power grid, hit a mine on the road.  As a result of the explosion, two workers were injured and taken to hospital.

In Avdiivka, the russians killed five civilians, including a family of four.  Another man died in Vugledar.  In addition to the wounded in Kramatorsk, 4 more people were injured in the region: 2 in Avdiivka, 1 in Krasnohorivka and 1 in Vuhledar.

In the Luhansk region, the shelling of the Mountain Community by the russian army has not stopped for almost two days, keeping the locals in fear.  During the day, enemy systems of volley fire opened fire on the city of Zolote.

Several houses are on fire, with at least five people injured.

One died in Severodonetsk, four were injured in Rubizhne, mass fires in Lysychansk - a high-rise building, gas station and enterprise are on fire.  Extinguishing is impossible due to shelling.

The Russian Federation continues to fire at Mykolayiv region.  30 people were injured during the day, including 5 children

During the day, missile strikes near the city of Odesa, on the infrastructure in Myrhorod - significant damage, two victims, in the Kirovograd region on the site in the region.

The killing of civilians, shelling of civilian cities and civilian objects by the aggressor army is war crimes and crimes against humanity under Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and gross violation of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and its Additional Protocols.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine  and the expert mission set up by the OSCE participating States under the Moscow Mechanism to take into account these facts of war crimes and crimes against humanity and violations of children's rights in Ukraine.

I call on international partners to close the skies over Ukraine and provide weapons to fight the aggressor country of Russia!
