Rashist occupiers and Ukrainian collaborators in Energodar, Zaporizhia Oblast, are forcing businesses to re-register

At the checkpoints on the way out of Energodar, the occupiers handed out leaflets calling to obey the rashists: “There will be no return to the former neo-Nazi regime.  Russia has come to your region forever and will not go anywhere. "

The leaflet says that Energodar has "formed a local government" and now, in order to engage in trade, it is necessary to pay taxes to the occupiers and negotiate with the self-proclaimed head of the city administration Shevchik.

Today, entrepreneurs were "invited" to the city council for a meeting to discuss new rules of business registration and taxation.

By doing so, the russian occupiers violate the right to property guaranteed by Article 33 of the 1949 Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of human rights violations by Russia in Ukraine.
