I ask the international community and our partners to continue to strengthen economic and financial sanctions against the terrorist state of the Russian Federation for an immediate cessation of hostilities and genocide of the Ukrainian people.

I call on NATO to establish a no-fly zone over Ukraine to avoid airstrikes on civilian targets and the killing of civilians.
