Russian troops are deliberately destroying hospitals in Luhansk oblast

Region is constantly under attack by the russian army.  All medical facilities were destroyed and damaged.

Severodonetsk Hospital has been under fire for several days.  Last time, according to the head of the Luhansk regional administration Serhiy Haidai, the rashists fired about 10 shells at it within a few hours. Despite extremely dangerous working conditions, the hospital continues to provide medical care to the wounded.

Before the war, medical care was provided to about 300 patients, now only 100.

Russian occupying forces violate the rights of Ukrainians to life and medical care guaranteed by the Hague and Geneva Conventions.  Such actions pose a direct threat to the life and health of civilians, are contrary to Article 51 of the Additional Protocol to the Geneva Convention of 12 August 1949 and, according to Article 7 of the Rome Statute, are crimes against humanity.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of russia's crimes against humanity and human rights violations in Ukraine.
