In occupied Henichesk, the self-proclaimed "power" is preparing to hold a tourist season under the barrels of machine guns

Armed russian servicemen broke into the private recreation centers "White Swan" and "Arabatka.club" in the village of Genicheskaya Gorka on Arabatskaya Strelka.  The occupiers forbade local guards to allow people into the bases, threatening that "in the near future these territories will become russian property."

The rashists themselves in military uniforms post on their social media posts about how they bask in the sun on the shores of the Sea of   Azov.

Arabatska Strilka borders the occupied Crimean peninsula, which is used by the aggressor as a military base to attack the mainland of Ukraine.  There is a threat that fighters, military helicopters and missiles released from the Crimea will endanger "vacationers".

By its actions, russia grossly violates the UN General Assembly Resolutions on the militarization of the temporarily occupied peninsula, the IV Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, and the European Convention on Human Rights.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of human rights violations in Ukraine.
