The occupiers set up a concentration camp in the Kharkiv region, where civilians are being tortured

In Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, the racists stole and took to Russia equipment from one of the factories, and set up a concentration camp on its premises, where residents of Kharkiv region are tortured and forced to cooperate.

The occupiers carried out similar actions in the captured Izyum to "mobilize" the local population.  Despite this, people hold on and oppose joining the occupiers' army.

Russia's actions are a war crime and a crime against humanity under Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and a direct violation of Articles 3 and 34 of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, Articles 9 and 21 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.  5 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

I call on the UN Commission for  Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of war crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.

Kharkiv region is Ukraine!
