Every day, the rashist army is targeting the civilian infrastructure of Ukrainian settlements, trying to take the lives of as many civilians as possible.
On May 3, the russians killed 21 civilians in the Donetsk region and wounded 27 more. At least 10 of them were killed and 20 wounded in the shelling of the Avdiivka Coke Plant. The rashists hit the workers who had just finished their shift and waited at the bus stop for a bus to take them home from the factory.
This morning, May 4, the Avdiivka Coke Plant was fired upon again. Information on the dead and wounded is being clarified.
The russian occupiers fired on the center of Kharkiv again. The occupiers fired only on civilian objects - shops, garages and even children's attractions in the city park.
In the Donetsk region, missile and bomb attacks were carried out on Severodonetsk, Rubizhne, Lysychansk and Zoloty-4, killing two people in one day. 34 times the enemy hit residential areas of the region. 45 houses and other objects were damaged.
The rashists destroyed the Lysychansk TB dispensary. During more than two months of the war, no medical institution in the Luhansk region survived. In Sirotyn, the only school in the village was destroyed by shelling. There is a shopping center in Severodonetsk.
As a result of the evening shelling of the settlements of the Kochubeyev community of the Kherson region, four people were injured and one person died. In the Vysokopilska community, one of the shells hit a residential building. A mother and her five-year-old daughter were seriously injured.
In Zaporizhia, the enemy shelled the village of Zaliznychne, Pologiv district, and damaged a school and 12 houses, killing two people.
In the Kyiv region, 20 more bodies of dead peaceful Ukrainians were found in villages under russian occupation yesterday.
In total, the police have already found and sent 1,235 bodies to forensic institutions to determine the cause of death.
The killing of civilians, shelling of civilian cities and civilian objects by the aggressor army is war crimes and crimes against humanity under Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and gross violation of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and its Additional Protocols.
I call on the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of war crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.
I call on international partners to provide weapons to fight the aggressor country of Russia!
