"Russian peace" took the lives of more than 100 residents of Popasna, Luhansk region

Today, the city still has more than 2,500 residents hiding in bomb shelters.  Before the war there were more than 20,000.

The racists control about half of the city, so the evacuation of civilians is very difficult, the same as the delivery of humanitarian goods.

Russians deport people from the occupied part of Popasna to Pervomaisk.

There are no surviving houses left in the town, and only military doctors can provide medical care.

The enemy is systematically destroying Ukrainian cities on its way by committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and in violation of the 1949 Geneva Convention.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.
