Russia is massively robbing farmers in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine

At the agricultural enterprises of the city of Melitopol in the Zaporozhye region are gaining momentum robbery and export of food and agricultural property.

Earlier this week, a convoy of trucks with disguised state registration plates and escort vehicles was seen transporting the remains of agricultural machinery and grain from an elevator to the temporarily occupied Crimea.

In Krasnoyarsk Krai, local marauding deputies, citing a shortage of cucumbers, other vegetables and grains due to foreign sanctions, decided to expropriate grains and other sources from the farms on the temporarily occupied Kherson region.

The heirs of the organizers of the Holodomor of the 1930s are once again trying to organize the genocide of the Ukrainian people with the help of a banal robbery, which they call "the expropriation of surpluses from last year's and this year's harvests."

The theft of food from the occupied territories is a violation of the 1949 Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War and War Crimes under Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of war crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.
