Racist army missiles and shells kill civilians every day and put Ukrainian towns and villages on the brink of extinction

In Kharkiv, the enemy continues to shell civilians.  The russians began firing time-lapse mines from multiple rocket launchers across the city.  As a result of the shelling in Kharkiv region, more than 30 people were injured and eight died.  The exact number is still being determined.

Enemy artillery shelling continues throughout the Luhansk region. Yesterday, the residential areas of Rubizhne, Lysychansk, Severodonetsk and Novodruzhesk suffered the most. In Lysychansk, one man was killed and three others were injured, and two were evacuated in time.  SES fighters put out 17 fires.

In the Khmelnytsky region at night during an air alert, the russians launched a missile strike on an infrastructure facility.  A fire broke out.

As a result of the russian shelling in Donetsk region, 2 more people were injured, including a 12-year-old boy. Information about one wounded man in Marinka was also clarified.

For the past 24hrs on April 12 in the Nikolaev area eight people were wounded.

Killing of civilians, shelling of civilian cities and civilian objects by the aggressor army is war crimes and crimes against humanity under Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and gross violation of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and its Additional Protocols.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's Military Invasion of Ukraine and the expert mission set up by the OSCE participating States under the Moscow Mechanism to take into account these facts of war crimes and crimes against humanity and human rights violations in Ukraine.

I call on international partners to close the skies over Ukraine and provide weapons to fight the aggressor country of Russia!
