The occupier uses weapons to prevent civilians from entering the territory controlled by the Government of Ukraine

In the Luhansk region, during the evacuation of residents of the Ghirske Community near the town of Vrubivka, the bus came under fire from russian invaders.

Fortunately, 18 civilians on the bus were safe and secure.

The region is in a critical situation with the evacuation of civilians from the zone of active hostilities and the delivery of humanitarian goods.  Despite the fact that Ukraine uses all opportunities to save people, safe routes are becoming less and less due to constant shelling by the occupiers.

Such actions by russian troops are a war crime under Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and a gross violation of the 1949 Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.

I call on international partners to provide weapons to fight the aggressor country of russia!
