According to the SES, Mykolayiv and the region are littered with explosive devices of the Russian occupation army.  Since the beginning of the russian aggression, the region's emergency services have seized 1,364 rounds of ammunition.

Killing civilians, shelling civilian cities and civilian objects by the aggressor's army.  Strictly prohibited by international humanitarian law are war crimes and crimes against humanity under Articles 7 and 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and gross violations of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and their Additional Protocols.

I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigatin Human Rights Violations during the Russian Military Invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.

I call on international partners to provide weapons to fight the aggressor country of Russia!
