In the city of Melitopol, an enemy shell hit a house. A 12-year-old girl and her father were injured. Rescuers gave them first aid and took them to the fire and rescue unit, where a doctor provided them with medical care.

Another civilian was killed in Uman.
As a result of the shelling of the city of Mariupol, 27 houses were damaged, 4 civilians were injured, including a child.
In Pokrovsky (Mariupol Territorial Community) 3 people died, two more were injured, 2 houses were damaged.
In Druzhkivka, 1 person was injured and 1 house was damaged.
Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in General Assembly resolution 217A (III) of 10 December 1948, ratified by both Ukraine and Russia, proclaims the right of everyone to life, liberty and security of person.
No one may be subjected to unreasonable encroachment on the inviolability of his home, and everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks (Article 12 of the Declaration).
Calls on all countries that once recognized the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a law to increase sanctions on the Russian Federation to immediately cease hostilities and withdraw troops from Ukraine.
