The russian army continues to attack human rights in Ukraine

The photo shows the Office of the Commissioner in Mariupol destroyed by enemy shelling.

The building burned down completely from the inside, in fact, nothing was left of the office.

Fortunately, staff were evacuated from the city in early April.

Mariupol is almost completely destroyed - houses, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, office buildings in ruins.

Rashist forces have purposefully ravaged and continue to ravage the city, leaving behind a scorched desert.

Targeted shelling of civilian infrastructure is a war crime under Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. I appeal to the

UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during Russia's military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of crimes and human rights violations in Ukraine.

I call on international partners to close the skies over Ukraine and provide weapons to fight the aggressor country of Russia!
