On 4 May 2023, at 15:00, the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (33 Velyka Zhytomyrska St., Kyiv) will host a large press conference of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Mr. Dmytro Lubinets.
The Commissioner is ready to talk about the facts that he witnessed with his own eyes: torture chambers in the liberated regions of Ukraine, mass graves in Izium, testimonies of people who were under occupation and know from their own experience what the conditions in torture chambers were like, the return of Ukrainian children abducted by the Russian Federation, communication with the Russian Ombudsman on humanitarian issues, the results of this communication, the return of Ukrainian soldiers who were in Russian captivity, problems with the return of civilian hostages currently held by the Russian Federation.
